DevOps Engineer
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 DOE

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving a cloud-native platform that’s revolutionizing data-driven solutions. You’ll be involved in strategic projects, including migrating to a multi-tenant Kubernetes architecture, implementing security best practices, and driving automation across the software development lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Contribute to the design and execution of Kubernetes migration for a scalable, multi-tenant architecture.
* Support cloud infrastructure decisions and manage environments across GCP and DigitalOcean.
* Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools like GitHub Actions.
* Manage infrastructure with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and maintain operational scripts (Golang, Python).
* Oversee secret management and ensure secure deployments into high-security client environments.
* Maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and participate in on-call rotations.
What We’re Looking For
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and multi-cloud environments.
* Strong proficiency in Linux, with some Windows Server knowledge.
* Practical experience with IaC, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
* Familiarity with secret management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
* Solid scripting skills (Golang, Python) and database management (Postgres).
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
