Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a busy residential conveyancing team, handling a diverse caseload of residential and occasional commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

* Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
* Handling transfers of equity and remortgages.
* Conducting stamp duty procedures, title checking, and processing search reports.
* Addressing client enquiries efficiently and accurately.
* Handling lease renewals, landlord and tenant regulation, and deeds of surrender.
* Assisting with refinancing, business acquisitions, sales, and utilities agreements.
* Actively participating in business development activities.
Requirements:

* Significant experience in residential conveyancing. (3+ Years PQE)
* Experience in commercial conveyancing advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Strong initiative, proactive working style, and professional client management.
