Vehicle Prep Technician — Thames Ditton • £25-32k DOE Plus Bonus • 42.5 hours a week – Saturdays are paid at time and a half.
Our well-established main dealer client in Thames Ditton is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team. They are open to technicians of all experience levels. If you are looking to pursue a career within a main dealer, apply today!
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality technical and diagnostic services to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets
* Stay up to date with the latest technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
* Adhere to both company and manufacturer quality standards
* Ensure full compliance with vehicle health check procedures
Required Experience & Skills
* Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Full UK driving license
* Proven experience in vehicle inspection, repair, and servicing
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Previous experience in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
