Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Combined Locality Team - Knowsley

Pay Rate: £32.82
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Combined Locality Team based in Knowsley.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Deliver Care Act assessments, strengths-based support planning, and commission appropriate care and support services.
* Undertake safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Best Interest decisions, ensuring compliance with statutory duties.
* Manage and assess risk, attend MARAC meetings, and contribute to coordinated safety planning.
* Participate in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) processes, including completion of DSTs.
* Work on a hybrid basis with mandatory office attendance on Wednesdays, Fridays, and for duty/training days; car driver essential.

Qualifications and Experience:
* SWE registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
