The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a hands‑on leadership development program for recent graduates of bachelor’s or master’s programs who are interested in the future of advertising, working on cutting‑edge campaigns and driving impact for leading brands such as Nike, PayPal, and BYU.

This Role Is Best Suited For
* Helping the team in coming up with creative advertising ideas, content, and executions with an emphasis on their visual expression.
* Translating strategic briefs into coherent advertising ideas and executions.
* Developing visual concepts and visuals for various advertising campaigns, including but not limited to digital ads, social media, brochures, infographics, etc.
* Presenting design concepts to team members and management, incorporating feedback to ensure that the final product aligns with the brand’s vision and campaign objectives.
* Maintaining and updating brand guidelines, ensuring they are followed throughout all marketing materials and staying up to date on cultural and design trends. Providing team support in an imaginative, clearly communicative, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Spring‥ and Spring… with 2:1 Grade or above.
* Area of study: Art Direction, Communication Design, or related field.
* A‑Level requirements: AAB at A Level or equivalent, including at least one essay‑based or creative subject.
* Relevant professional work and/or internship experience, preferably in advertising, with a creative portfolio inclusive of integrated campaign ideas and executions across multiple media channels.
* Expertise in conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and typography design.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and related design software.
* Sponsorship to work in the United Kingdom is not available.
