Job scope:
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Registered Manager to join us at one of the brands of Catalyst Care Group - Leaf Complex Care. As an Assistant Registered Manager, your role involves the day-to-day operational management of the service, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Collaborating with the senior management team, as an Assistant Registered Manager you will deliver a high-quality service that meets individual needs and organizational priorities within available resources.
Your responsibilities include overseeing regulatory requirements, conducting compliance audits, and participating in meetings with Social Services and multidisciplinary teams. Upholding patient and clinician welfare is paramount, requiring weekly team meetings, 1:1 supervision with office staff, and collaboration with recruitment for optimal staffing levels.
The Assistant Registered Manager will ensure CQC compliance and oversee clinicians' training while providing strong leadership aligned with company core values. Managing administration, transition, care, and people, as an Assistant Registered Manager you must demonstrate knowledge of current standards and regulations. Additionally, maintaining operations within budgetary constraints, continuous professional development, and networking, contribute to your success in managing services according to agreed standards and best practices.
Do you have?
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
* Knowledge of CQC regulations, quality standards, and governance frameworks
* Experience conducting audits and preparing for CQC inspections
* Experience attending and contributing to multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings
* Strong background in care planning, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring
* A full UK driving licence (essential for site visits)
