What’s in it for you? * REALISTIC OTE of £45,000. * Company Car * Company Pension * 9am-6pm Monday- Friday (one day off in the week.) Every other weekend. * A full time, permanent role. Opportunity: * Build lasting relationships with customers, offering a friendly, knowledgeable, and consultative approach throughout the entire sales journey. * Achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining the high standards of integrity and service our dealership is known for. * Manage the full sales process - from initial enquiry and test drive, through to finance options, vehicle preparation, and handover. * Follow up on leads generated through online enquiries, showroom visits, and existing customer contacts to maximise every opportunity.
