The Role: Manage an inside sales team

Requirements:
* You must have managed an internal sales team in a fast paced, outbound call centre environment leading a competitive, high-energy team to success!
* Be a competent user data & CRM reports and able to analyse statistics and implement change
* Can set an example, motivate a team, is someone consistent, professional with great communication
* A leader of people!
