Key Responsibilities:
Decision Making: Process concerns and make effective threshold decisions in line with safeguarding protocols.
Leadership: Chair strategy meetings, collaborating with the safeguarding team and relevant parties to assess and manage cases effectively.
Collaboration: Liaise with professionals and partner agencies to coordinate safeguarding actions and ensure the welfare of children and vulnerable individuals.
