This is a rare opportunity to join a small, refined kitchen led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef, delivering innovative modern cuisine at the highest level. The restaurant operates with a small number of covers, allowing the team to focus on precision, creativity, and exceptional seasonal produce.
The Role
The Executive Chef is seeking a Senior Sous Chef capable of running the restaurant confidently in their absence. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining standards, leading service, supporting menu development, and mentoring a close-knit brigade of 4–5 chefs.
This is very much a hands-on leadership position within a small, high-performing team where collaboration and communication are key.
What We’re Looking For
* Michelin Star or Rosette-level experience (desired)
* Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire a small team
* Confidence to take full responsibility for the kitchen when required
* A genuine passion for high-end, innovative modern cuisine
* Experience working with seasonal, premium produce
* A positive attitude and team-first mentality — attitude is everything
* Ability to thrive in a small kitchen environment
