Role
* Academic Quality Officer
Responsibilities
* Support the assurance of academic standards across programmes, working closely with academic staff, senior leaders, external examiners, and collaborative partners in the UK and internationally.
* Coordinate key quality assurance processes—including programme validation and review, committee servicing, managing external examiners, supporting student feedback mechanisms, and maintaining accurate programme documentation.
* Provide clear, definitive advice on academic regulations and codes of practice.
Qualifications and attributes
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong analytical ability
* Experience in higher education administration
* Highly organised, comfortable managing a busy workload, and able to work independently and as part of a supportive team

* Grade 6: £30,378 - £35,608
* Permanent, full-time
