Overview
Watermill Express is reinventing how people access affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice. We have immediate openings in the component assembly and installation for our standalone water and ice refill stations. The ideal candidate will have basic component assembly and/or basic electrical assembly, construction or manufacturing background, basis plumbing knowledge. We seek a dependable team player with a positive can-do attitude as well as someone who enjoys working for a successful mission-driven company. These positions work indoors in our Brighton climate-controlled facility. The position is Regular Full-Time. Hiring rate is $20 hourly, plus quarterly incentive pay.

Job Duties
* Previous assembly or construction experience is a plus
* Mechanical aptitude
* Perform electrical and mechanical assembly tasks
* As a member of the assembly team, complete various duties as assigned
* Safety conscious
* Use of basic hand tools
* Detail/task oriented
* Ability to perform repetitive functions
* Ability to be flexible with job duties
* Acceptable work attendance to perform job
* Dependable, ability to work required schedule
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
* Stooping, climbing ladders and working in small spaces
* Walking, standing, squatting, climbing, sitting, and kneeling
Education and Experience
* Prior working experience with hand tools is desirable
* High school diploma or equivalent
