Role Overview
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction. You will lead a small team, maintain high standards, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and train food and beverage staff to deliver excellent customer service.
* Oversee restaurant and bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Assist in creating seasonal menus and coordinating special events.
* Monitor financial performance, including cash handling and sales reporting.
Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage or hospitality setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of food safety and licensing regulations.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Own transport essential due to the remote location of the venue
