Salesforce Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales)
Up to £80,000 + bonus

If you enjoy the front-end of the sales cycle—running demos, shaping solutions, and influencing deals—this is one of those roles where you can really stand out.
This isn’t a back-office technical position. You’ll be working directly with prospects, helping them understand how a Salesforce-based product can solve real business problems.
The client is a Salesforce ISV partner, so you’ll be positioning a product—not just capability—meaning your impact on revenue is clear and measurable.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading pre-sales engagements from discovery through to solution design
* Running tailored demos that actually resonate with customer pain points
* Working closely with Sales to win new business
* Translating technical capability into clear business value
* Feeding back into product teams based on market demand
What they’re looking for:
* Strong Salesforce experience (Admin / Consultant / Pre-Sales / SE background)
* Comfortable in a client-facing, commercially focused role
* Someone who enjoys storytelling and solution positioning
* Experience with PSA tools (Certinia, Kantata, FinancialForce etc.) is a strong plus
* Ability to bridge the gap between technical detail and business outcomes
