Job Description
* Welcome guests warmly and provide a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience while ensuring guest accounts are kept accurate and up to date.
* Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously, always aiming to deliver excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
* Follow all security and confidentiality procedures to ensure the safety and privacy of guests at all times.
* Provide clear, accurate, and professional information regarding guest bookings, payments, and billing during arrival and departure.
* Respond positively and efficiently to guest and colleague enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department when needed.
* Promote hotel services and room options in a friendly and confident manner to help maximise guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
* Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
* Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
* Strong team player and positive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Essential to be flexible with working hours.
* Must already have the right to work in the UK.
