Service Delivery Manager
Location: Macclesfield, UK (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities
* Daily program management throughout the program life cycle, including defining program governance, planning, and monitoring progress.
* Manage the program budget, risks, issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Coordinate projects and their interdependencies, utilizing resources across projects.
* Manage stakeholder communication and align deliverables with program outcomes in collaboration with the business change manager.
* Maintain main program documentation such as the program initiation document.
Qualifications
* Strong practical experience in project and program management, especially in large and complex projects.
* In-depth knowledge of project and program management methodologies and techniques.
* Strong leadership and management skills with proven budgeting and resource allocation expertise.
* Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in program management.
* Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Independent, teamwork‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Technical Skills
* Mandatory: ITIL, Relationship management.
* Must‑Have: Experience in data integration, ingestion, and reconciliation; proficiency with Snowflake, AWS Services, and DBT.
* Nice‑to‑Have: Experience with Power BI, Quik Replicate, EvereR, SuaRlesic Slatelecene, Python, Full stack (Node/React.js), AI/ML, Informatica ETL, Oracle PL/SQL, Qlik Sense/ QlikView.
Additional Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum 8‑10 years experience in IT service delivery or a related field.
* Proven experience managing a team of technical support professionals.
* Strong understanding of ITIL principles (ITIL v4 Foundation certification a plus).
* Experience with service level agreements (SLAs) and service management tools.
