Role overview
This is an excellent opportunity within our expanding sales team. As a National Account Executive, you will be the face of our portfolio, driving brand visibility, sales, and distribution across the Convenience channel.
Key responsibilities:
* Meeting distribution, availability, and visibility targets to maximise sales
* Educating clients on new product opportunities and implementing store activations to drive brand awareness
* Working independently, managing your territory, and ensuring optimal product placement and promotions
* Developing strong relationships with key retail decision-makers to grow brand presence and sales
* Gaining distribution within independent retailers through van sales strategy
* Managing and growing Convenience distribution through “van sales” strategy
* Executing distribution, availability, and visibility targets across key outlets
* Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and price points
* Providing education on product range and category to drive customer engagement
* Reporting insights on distribution levels and shelf positioning
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in FMCG, retail, or sales, with a passion for developing brands in the convenience sector
* Previous experience in van sales
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your territory and workload
* A full manual driving license and ability to travel within the defined area
