A friendly and inclusive primary school in Camborne is seeking a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant with proven SEN and 1:1 experience to join their team from October 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide vital support to pupils while working in a nurturing and collaborative school environment.
About the Role
* Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm (term-time only)
* Supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
* Delivering dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with SEN and EHCPs
* Leading small group interventions to boost progress and confidence
* Assisting with classroom routines, organisation, and behaviour management
* Collaborating with teachers and the SENDCo to meet individual pupil needs
What We’re Looking For
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
* Experience supporting pupils with special educational needs
* Proven ability to deliver effective 1:1 support
* Positive, reliable, and patient, with a passion for helping children succeed
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
* Current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
