Residential Surveyor requirements:
11. Experience as a Residential Surveyor, preferably with AssocRICS status or higher
12. Demonstrate familiarity with residential surveys and valuation reports
13. Ability to provide excellent customer service
14. Excellent organisational and communication skills
15. Hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own car
16. Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation
Key duties for this Residential Surveyor role will include:
17. Carrying out residential valuation reports and private home surveys (Level 1 and 2 surveys).
18. Producing accurate survey reports using market-leading technology.
19. Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit.
20. Managing a fixed geographical work area efficiently.
21. Attend and participate in regional meetings.
22. Maintaining professional development through ongoing training and industry updates.
