Director of IT Division - connecting IT professionals across FMCG Consumer & Retail markets throughout the UK & Europe.
SAP Basis Lead. Permanent. T6/MN/1225504.
£80k + £5.4k Car Allowance + 5% Bonus + Benefits Package.
Hybrid - Flexible - Southampton, Hampshire.
SAP Basis Lead is required to ensure the stable operation of the SAP Landscape and support the SAP Basis roadmap.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Extensive experience as SAP Basis Lead / Support.
* Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC6.
* Experience managing SAP Basis activities.
* End-to-end SAP Basis management including maintenance, support, and optimization.
* Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, and implementing best practices for stability.
* Managing SAP Basis roadmap and core activities.
* Experience with applications, databases, and operating systems.
* Desirable: Public Cloud experience, especially AWS.
* Experience delivering SAP Basis projects in a public cloud architecture like AWS.
* Design and implement SAP Basis strategies, including RISE with SAP.
* Highly desirable: experience with SAP RISE projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to partner with third parties to govern and maintain SAP Basis tasks.
* Self-motivated and flexible.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
