* Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in luxury retail / fashion retail
* Track record of outstanding sales performance
* Able to manage store operation and visual merchandising independently
* Fluency in English preferred
* Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude
* Approachable personality and customer-service oriented
