The Role: You will lead Trust-wide projects, develop business cases, and provide high-level executive support. This role blends project management, strategic planning, and executive administration to help drive growth, efficiency, and school improvement across the Trust. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate strategic projects from planning to delivery. Conduct research, data analysis, and stakeholder consultation to inform initiatives. Provide confidential executive support, including meeting coordination, reports, and Board papers. Support business planning, analysis, and strategic proposals. Manage internal communications and engage with stakeholders. Uphold the Trust’s values, compliance, and safeguarding standards.
