As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to identify solutions to business challenges and support the implementation of these systems within the organisation and for our client(s). Production of regular business reports. Identify problems within the business through data modelling techniques Communicate with senior managers in the organisation to find out what they hope to achieve. Formulate ways for the business to improve, based on previous research. Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies. Participate in the implementation of new technology and systems. Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them.
