Responsibilities
1. Draft press releases, media quotes, briefings, op-eds, and social content.
2. Respond to high-volume media enquiries and support events/photo opportunities.
3. Advise on media strategy across policy areas.
4. Maintain media relationships and contribute to media databases and channels.
Skills & Experience
5. Proven press office experience, ideally in public sector communications.
6. Strong writing skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
7. Experience with London/national media; knowledge of non-traditional media is a plus.
8. Flexible for occasional out-of-hours events.
