Role Overview:
Working within the Operations Team and reporting to the Operations Manager, a Service Delivery Engineer is a key position within the Company. The successful candidate will be delivering engineering services to our varied clientele. Configuring radio devices, installing radio systems and radio infrastructure, as well as completing component level repairs are many of the day to day functions of this role.

The ideal candidate will be able to follow the processes in place and will in time be able to offer suggestions on how processes can become more efficient. Key Responsibilities:
· Configuring radio units using programming software
· Handling support queries for existing customers
· Completing handset repairs, including soldering and repairs down to component level
· Ensuring that clientele records are updated
· Completing external site/field visits
· Completing installations to a high standard
· Completing RF Surveys and preventative maintenance inspections of radio infrastructure

Hours: 08:45-17:00 Mon-Thu, 08:45-16:00 Fri
Holiday: 23 days plus statutory bank holidays
Probation period: 6 months with an option to extend, based on performance
Salary expectations: £32k-£45K commensurate with experience
Location: Crawley RH6
Start date: Immediate, however willing to wait for required notice period
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
