Store Manager – Toolstation (Winsford)
Travis Perkins plc is seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our Toolstation branch in Winsford. The role is full‑time, 40 hours per week, and offers a range of development opportunities within the growing multi‑channel retailer.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver an outstanding customer proposition and manage all branch operations.
* Provide great customer service, driving sales through a strong service focus.
* Muck in with the team: unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean, and assemble orders.
* Inspire a positive mindset, encouraging feedback, praise and recognition.
* Build relationships by asking questions and supporting the team’s development.
* Lead by coaching and motivating the team, creating a high‑engagement workplace.
* Maintain product availability and high branch standards, ensuring the branch feels like a great place to work.
