Understanding of NHS governance structures and processes is desirable but not essential; relevant training will be provided.
The role involves effective time management, managing schedules and leave arrangements, ensuring timely communication with relevant personnel, arranging meetings and events, and proactively composing and transcribing minutes with action points. The post also includes preparing correspondence and reports, managing office documentation systems, maintaining office equipment and stationery, and processing orders.
As CWPS Quality and Governance Administrator, the post holder will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Network Quality and Improvement Manager and the Quality Team, supporting an effective quality management system across CWPS, including clinical governance and risk management. Responsibilities also include administering Q-Pulse and Datix systems across Trusts.
