Role Responsibility
* Prepare and present food to the highest standard.
* Ensure all work areas and surfaces are clean and tidy, especially at the end of the day/shift.
* Always ensure the best customer service.
* Complete any administration as requested including food temperatures, cleaning schedules, delivery temperatures, stock takes, etc.
* Ensure all food is prepared & served with due care and attention, particularly in regard to special dietary requirements, allergens and shelf life.
* Ensure the kitchen is maintained in a clean, organised manner and all food safety and health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
* Promote a friendly working relationship with colleagues.
* Undertake training as required and comply with all company policies and procedures.
* Raise any issues with the Head Chef or Catering Manager in a timely manner.

* Experienced culinary background
* Good interpersonal skills and calm nature
* You will be enthusiastic, positive, and self-motivated.
* Strong but flexible, always prepared to listen and consider the views of others.
* Take pride in your personal appearance and maintains a high level of good personal hygiene.

Overview:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Head Chef, the Casual Chef will assist in the preparation and service of all sections in the Kitchen, whilst learning and adhering to all company health and food safety legislation.
