The Role – Senior Influencer Executive
We're on the hunt for a creative, confident, and experienced influencer executive to join our team in-house at Hydro HQ in Gloucester.
You'll be the driving force behind our influencer content, gifting and strategic partnerships. You will need to be on top of new and current trends, seeing gaps in the market to expand our retail presence, work with companies on strategic partnerships and creating / working with a list of creators. This is a hands-on, high-energy role that requires both creative and strategic thinking.
What You'll Do:
Plan and post social content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Reach out to companies for collaboration work
Build a list of creators / influencers for gifting campaigns for growth
Build content calendars and manage posting schedules
Help grow community engagement and followers
Work directly with the founder and creative team to execute high-performing content through influencer marketing and brand collaboration
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in social strategy (personal or brand side)
Proven experience in strategic partnerships and outreach
Passion for social media, trends, and storytelling
Highly self-motivated, energetic, and driven
A team player who wants to grow with a fast-paced brand
Based locally to Gloucester with a valid UK driving licence
Bonus if you have:
Experience in DTC/e-commerce content
Car or lifestyle content experience
Brand ambassador background
Photoshop/Canva/design skills
Logistics:
Location: In-house (Gloucester) – This is not a remote role
Days: 5 days per week
Hours: Flexible around core team hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
