We will provide you with a 3-month induction programme and support to help you develop and feel confident in your new role.

As a community staff nurse, you will work as part of our developing Neighbourhood teams to provide complex nursing care to adults in their own homes and various community settings.
You will collaborate closely with the MDT (Social Workers, GPs, and Allied Health Professionals) to ensure effective patient care coordination, positively impacting our patients.
You will be part of the multi-disciplinary Integrated Community Team working for Manchester Local Care Organisation, a leading integrated health, teaching, research, and public sector partnership in Manchester.
You must be able to use your initiative, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess excellent nursing, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Flexibility and teamwork are essential.
We provide a comprehensive induction and annual appraisals to support your ongoing development. Car driver is essential.
