My client, an independent Restaurant, Pub & Hotel in Knutsford is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The property includes a popular 50 cover restaurant offering a fresh and seasonal menu and is well known for its warm hospitality.
The successful candidate will be experienced at a similar level, be a good man manager and have strong communication skills.
The salary for the Sous Chef is £34k per annum plus gratuities.
This is a permanent full time role (45 hrs per week) on a 4 days on, 3 days off basis.
