Our client, a successful engineering/manufacturing company, is looking for an eager and attentive Team Administrator to join them.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing email and phone enquiries, creating and coordinating CRM systems and logging communications, via Salesforce CRM. They will also be required to assist with the administrative duties of other departments as necessary.
This is a full time office based role. Salary is £26k - £28k depending on experience plus benefits.
This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to get into a commercial office role or a more experienced candidate with previous admin/office experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Desk: To be the primary and initial point of contact for the general phone and email line and be able to communicate across the company and to external clients in an effective and professional manner.
2. Salesforce CRM: To create and populate opportunities and associated fields such as sites and contacts based on information from emails, phone, and other publicly available online information
3. Record Keeping: In line with above, production, filing and management of received information into appropriate folders/servers.
