The Quantity Surveyor's Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely alongside the Directors, taking a pivotal role in delivering large-scale housing schemes across London, Greater London, and Surrey. Key responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor will include:
Leading residential developments from inception to completion.
Managing cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract services.
Acting as Employers Agent on design and build contracts.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
MRICS ideally or working towards
A RICS Accredited degree qualification
3+ years, Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience
Chartered Surveying / Consultancy background
Pre and post contract experience

£45,000 - £55,000
£4,000 Car allowance
