Day to day of the Trainee Car Workshop Technician: Assisting with installation of speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, head units and infotainment systems Supporting the fitting of vehicle security systems such as alarms, immobilisers and tracking devices Installing accessories including dash cameras, reversing cameras and parking sensors Conducting basic fault-finding and testing using equipment such as a multimeter Removing and refitting interior trims and panels carefully and professionally Maintaining workshop cleanliness and adhering to health & safety standards This role would suit someone who already has some hands-on experience and wants to take the next step professionally.
