What the Job Involves The role involves leading the Temporary Accommodation Team to manage hostels and operational delivery of temporary accommodations. You will ensure properties meet health & safety standards, minimize voids and rent loss, manage relationships, support the Accommodation Services Lead, and contribute to service development. You will also manage emergency out of hours rota and enhance team performance through operational leadership, commissioning services, performance management, and fostering relationships with internal and external partners.
