Responsibilities
* Monitor account performance, including service level and customer scorecards.
* Coordinate & oversee the delivery of co‑partner customer forecasts.
* Build and develop strong commercial/supply partnerships with key customers.
* Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Technical, Operations, and Finance teams.
* Lead the development and launch of new or refreshed product ranges aligned to customer requirements.
* Challenge and improve ways of working to drive continuous improvement internally and with customers.
About You
* Previous experience in Account Management (2+ years), ideally within FMCG & preferably with manufacturing.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience building and managing customer relationships at multiple levels.
* Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Good understanding of FMCG operations and commercial processes.
* Proficient in Excel.
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
* Degree calibre (or equivalent experience).
* Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge and drive change.
