Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities:
* Checking and processing new business applications and related paperwork
* Conducting electronic identity verification of clients
* Following up on new business applications
* Supporting advisers with client cash holdings management on provider platforms
* Maintaining accurate client and plan records on Intelligent Office
* Completing assigned tasks and supporting team members
* Assisting with quotations and relevant documentation
* Handling incoming calls and correspondence appropriately
* Responding promptly to queries from clients, providers, and advisers
* Performing other duties as assigned by SLT
Required Skills & Experience:
* Basic knowledge of FCA rules and guidance
* Mortgage experience is essential
* Team player with strong organizational skills
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
