What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting departments in developing and maintaining Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and SOPs.
* Leading accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and action planning.
* Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and legal standards.
* Promoting safety awareness through toolbox talks and collaboration with the H&S committee.
* Advising on COSHH, PPE, and other key safety topics.
* Supporting contractor control, RAMS reviews, and statutory inspections.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a manufacturing or high-performance environment.
* Strong knowledge of PUWER, DSEAR, LOLER, COSHH, and other key H&S areas.
* Excellent communication and report writing skills.
* A resilient, empathetic, and engaging approach to influencing change.
