As a Senior Material Supplier, you will be responsible for the operational support and procurement of aircraft spare parts. This includes tracing and tracking shipments worldwide and expediting delivery to shops or stations. Additional duties involve coordinating logistical activities globally, monitoring task progress, completing paperwork accurately and timely, maintaining shift handover logs, and liaising with other departments such as outside agencies, airport authorities, and Maintrol. You may need to travel to support engineering operations and act up to Duty Material Supplier within authorized levels. The role may require working on rosters that include unsocial hours.
Responsibilities also include managing strategic suppliers to ensure SLAs are met, forward provisioning of materials, managing 'loans-in', minimizing surplus/waste, liaising with engineering to develop provisioning models, supporting tendering and contract development, ensuring value for money, delivering management reports, and expediting outstanding orders for timely material delivery.

* Aviation background with supply chain, procurement, and tendering experience.
* Strong IT skills and knowledge of engineering systems.
* Ability to work independently.
* Confidence and ability to present at all levels within engineering organizations.
About You
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar aviation role.
* Knowledge of MS Office and aviation ERP systems.
* Experience with AMOS is advantageous.
* Authorized receiving inspector in aviation is a plus.
