Programme Manager
Konexo Financial Services | Motor Finance Commissions Redress | Berkshire (3 days per week on-site)
Konexo Financial Services is seeking a Programme Manager for an upcoming Motor Finance Commissions Redress programme. We’re looking for a senior delivery professional who can shape, mobilise and lead complex regulatory redress activity in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
Overseeing case handling, operations, quality assurance and workstream activity
• Ensuring alignment with Consumer Duty, regulatory expectations and customer outcomes
• Driving programme controls, risk management and effective decision-making
• Strong experience delivering large-scale remediation, redress or regulatory conduct programmes
• Solid understanding of complaints, redress activity and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
• Project details:
• Berkshire – 3 days per week on-site (non-negotiable) and 2 days working from home
• Contract: Daily rate contract
