We are looking for an experienced and talented Hotel Receptionist to join our fantastic venue.

The Role
As Senior Hotel Receptionist, your role will include:
* Deliver warm, personalized, and discreet service to every guest, setting the tone for a luxury experience
* Handle all phone and in-person interactions with elegance, efficiency, and attention to detail
* Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes that feel effortless and refined
* Maintain a pristine, inviting reception area that reflects a high standard of excellence
* Manage all correspondence and guest information with care, discretion, and precision
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in front desk or guest-facing roles within a luxury or high-end environment
* Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
* A naturally outgoing personality, service-first mindset and a passion for delivering personalized, five-star experiences
