We’re working exclusively with a highly regarded law firm in London to find an experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing residential property team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work 1:1 with a senior fee earner, supporting a high-quality caseload of residential sales and purchases from pre-instruction to post-completion. 🔑 The Role
You'll be a vital member of a close-knit conveyancing team, managing key elements of the transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities will include:
* Full client onboarding including AML and ID checks via Thirdfort/Infotrack
* Drafting contract packs and managing pre/post-completion tasks
* Handling enquiries, redemption statements, management packs and searches
* Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors to keep transactions moving smoothly
* Using platforms like Hoowla, LMS, and Lender Exchange to manage matters efficiently
* Providing excellent client care and maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout
💼 What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in residential conveyancing (sales and purchase)
* Confident in managing transactions with minimal supervision
* Strong IT and case management skills (ideally Hoowla, LMS, Lender Exchange)
* A proactive and personable approach with excellent communication skills
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

💰 Salary: £32k-£34k, based on experience
