Responsible for recruitment, planning, supporting, and executing interventions to help trainees achieve their training plan objectives and progress into employment, further education, or apprenticeships. Key Responsibilities Market and promote the programme to trainees, schools, employers, and other stakeholders. Manage the trainee journey, including recruitment, induction, assessment, achievement, and progression. Identify trainees needs through training needs analysis; provide advice, guidance, and signposting to third-party services as needed. Coordinate training, resources, and support to enable trainee success. Manage a caseload of trainees, reviewing progress to meet personal and team targets. Develop and manage relationships with third-party providers, complementary services, employers, schools, and other stakeholders. Attend employer meetings to source vacancies, work placements, and provide in-employment support. Advise, guide, and match trainees to employment opportunities. Liaise with trainees and employers to identify and address in-placement/employment support needs. Record all trainee interactions on MIS systems, ensuring full compliance. Collect and record necessary information for financial and performance claims. Meet or exceed set targets, KPIs, and success indicators. Support evaluation processes to gather feedback from trainees and employers; identify success stories for promotional use. Adhere to company policies including Equal Opportunities, Quality, Health & Safety, Information Security, and IT. Note: Duties listed are neither exclusive nor exhaustive; post holder may be required to carry out other appropriate duties as required by management, within the scope and competency of the role. Person Specification Essential Experience working with young people with multiple barriers to employment Grade A-C English and Maths (or equivalent) Current Driving Licence and access to a car Desirable Qualification or demonstrable experience in any of the following: Youth work setting / youth work qualification Employability setting Education or training setting Good knowledge of the local labour market 3rd Level Qualification Familiarity with government programmes Experience in personnel or training Experience using a management information system Key Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication skills Empathy and understanding towards others needs High commitment and strong interpersonal skills Ability to develop and promote ideas effectively Willingness to work across multiple office sites Terms & Conditions Annual Leave: 21 days per year (plus customary holidays). Additional leave accrued after two years of service (up to 5 extra days after five years). Pension: Automatic enrolment in The Peoples Pension after a three-month deferment period. Probationary Period: Up to 26 weeks. Customary Holidays: Includes New Years Day, St. Patricks Day, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, among others.
