HGV Driver / Porter
Full time, Permanent role
£15.00 ph - Negotiable

Start Date: Immediate
We have a rare opportunity for a Removals HGV Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. Previous removals experience is advantageous but not essential as full training would be provided to the right candidate.
The standard hours of work would be 8.00 – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. There are opportunities for overtime, in addition with very occasional nights away.

Job details (Jobs may vary) -
* Carefully load and unload vehicles / storage containers with clients’ household / business contents.
* Dismantling and re-assembling items of furniture, when required.
* Packing up fragile and non-fragile customer goods.
* Safely transporting items to and from storage and customers' locations
* Be polite and have high standards of customer service skills at all times.
* Assisting with general warehouse duties
* Adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines
* Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Role Requirements:-
* Cat B Licence (UK Driving Licence)
* Forklift experience advantageous but not essential
* Physically fit to handle the demands of removals work
* You must be customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
