Job Description

We’re looking for a high‑performing individual to help shape delivery of outcomes across the West Midlands. As our Environment Planning and Engagement (EPE) Manager you will lead our Executive Coordination Management team and a high‑quality Communication and Engagement service for the West Midlands Area and our customers. You will be focussed on the day‑to‑day running of our business ensuring we make the best use of our resources; understand how we’re delivering our priorities and can demonstrate we’re efficient and effective.
This role is fundamental to our whole Area Leadership Team, helping to drive integrations across our remit and our West Midlands culture. As responding to incidents is a central part of what we do, you will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident.
