Has flair, talent and initiative to find solutions. Demonstrates a commitment to raising standards, keeping children safe and behaviour management. Is able to work in close partnership with the whole Trust community and all stakeholders. Has a clear understanding and knowledge regarding Early Years Statutory Framework and Development Matters.
