About the Role We are looking for a motivated and nurturing Youth Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. You will support students in developing emotional literacy, positive coping strategies, and strong social relationships, often acting as a key adult for those with complex backgrounds. What You'll Be Doing Delivering pastoral support to build resilience and wellbeing Leading or assisting in therapeutic, enrichment, or engagement activities Supporting behaviour regulation through positive relationship building Working with external agencies and families to ensure wraparound care Assisting students during unstructured times such as lunch or transitions What We're Looking For Background in youth work, mentoring, or alternative education Experience with vulnerable or at-risk young people A trauma-informed, consistent, and reflective approach DBS on the update service or willingness to apply In Return, You Will Receive: Competitive daily rates via PAYE, with no hidden agency fees.
