Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a customer-focused, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach, are a must.
Responsibilities:
* As a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst, you will provide technical support through various channels, escalating issues as necessary. You will log, track, and resolve incidents with precise documentation and process user requests within agreed SLAs. In addition, you will analyze recurring issues and collaborate with IT teams to implement permanent fixes. Communication with users is crucial, as you will provide guidance and updates. Managing hardware and software assets, contributing to knowledge base articles, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, and participating in cross-functional IT projects will also be part of your role.
