What Youll Need: Minimum 2 years experience in a childrens residential care setting Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) essential A positive, approachable and caring nature Full UK manual driving licence and own transport (rural location) Ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including weekends and sleep-ins Passion for leading by example and supporting a dedicated team Your Role as a Senior Support Worker: As a Team Leader, youll play a vital role in supporting both the young people in our care and the staff team.
