It's crucial our Production Manager guides, supports and promotes our colleagues through training and development, enriching their knowledge, skills, and capability to ensure a fully skilled and motivated team. You'll also play an integral role in maintaining audit standards relating to BRCGS, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and SMETA Sedex.
